{ Custom Ordering Guide }

All custom designs include one free mock-up image and one free revision upon request. Add "mock-up please" to the message-to-seller box at checkout, or message us directly after purchase. Mock-ups go out within one business day — if we don‘t hear back within 24 hours, your piece will be made and shipped exactly as ordered.


What You Can Put On It:
Choose any name, date, or phrase up to 25 characters*

*Letters and spaces count as one character each; numbers and symbols count as two.
Here‘s why: "Until we meet again" uses 47 beads, while a custom date like 8/17/2021 uses 45 — numbers and symbols simply take more beads to encode.


How Morse Code Works:
Individual beads represent a dot or a dash, with small spacers between them to mark letters and word breaks. We choose the dot/dash representation to give your piece the most color — if you‘d prefer more metal than color, just note that in the seller comments at checkout.


{ Sizing }

In the listing images you will find a helpful size chart. While there is no universal necklace length for women, there is a sampling of what a 16 inch necklace would look like on a variety of body types.

As a general rule of thumb:

14 inches – perfect for petite women, teens, or as a choker-style layering piece
16 inches – a flattering collar bone length on most women
18 inches – a little extra breathing room or used as a longer layering piece


{ Materials }

• We use only quality materials, including .925 sterling silver and 14kt gold filled metals, along with natural gemstones, premium vintage glass or ceramic beads, and hand-dyed silk cord. Every finished piece comes with a gifted. branded chain tag stating the purity of the metal used.
• Jewelry comes on fine, high-quality chain — dainty in appearance, but beautiful and strong.
• Our jewelry is made by artistic hands, not by machine. Many of the beads we use are vintage or antique, so slight variations and small irregularities are to be expected. We believe that adds to the beauty and originality of each piece.

• All jewelry comes beautifully packaged in a custom brand-embossed gift box with a microfiber storage pouch, soft polishing cloth, and complete care instructions.
• A short gift note can be included with any order, up to 25 characters. Add your personalized message in the "add a note about this order" field at checkout (see images for help).


{ Shipping / Processing Time }

• Orders are made and shipped within 1–2 business days, though production times can vary during busy holiday shopping periods. Please note: transit time is in addition to production lead time.
